Shipping & Postage
Our current processing time is within 2-5 business days on receipt of your order, however during busier times, such as Christmas, it may take up to 7 business days. Please know we do our very best to get your order processed as soon as we can!
Orders are then sent out via regular Australia post for Australian addresses and for international, Australia Post standard tracked shipping.
Once sent out, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. Please make sure you check your junk/spam folder!
Please note that during these times, there may be delays with shipping due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.
Let It Sparkle cannot take responsibility for items lost by Australia post once handed over.
If you item is missing or damaged or if you are experiencing delays, you can use your tracking number to make an inquiry with Australia post on their website.
Returns
Please make sure to read the product descriptions as we do not accept returns or exchanges for ‘change of mind’ purchases.
